These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions for the sale of music backing tracks and also to the content on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.

Prices and Promotions
All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Ordering
Please see the 'Using The Website' information within the 'Help' section for information on how to place an order. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "confirm order" button on the check out page.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the tracks that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and acceptance of your order.
Digital Music Delivery ("Download")
Singsongs Music Ltd supply tracks for downloading. Upon purchase users will be provided with links to a download area. The link will be operational for 48 hours after purchase.
Singsongs Music Ltd shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the users ability or inability to use, configure or download purchases via the recommended programs and/or any third party software.
This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages. Nor shall Singsongs Music Ltd be liable for the costs of substitute goods or services or the costs of goods or services resulting from unauthorized access or transmission alterations.
Copyrights
Intellectual Property Rights in the Website, Music and Services shall remain vested in Singsongs Music Ltd.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds on downloads. We do provide music previews of our tracks and you should always listen to the previews before you buy. In special circumstances we will extend the period of download validity.

You understand and agree that if you access such Third Party Sites using the links provided, the operators of those Third Party Sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their own privacy policies.
