09/09/09 is unofficially Beatles day. The Fab Four simultaneously release 13 remastered albums dating from 1962-1970 and a Beatles version of the 'Rock Band' videogame is released.

At the E3 game exhibition, Paul McCartney asked Ringo Starr: "What do you think of the game?" Ringo replied, "The game is good, the graphics are very good...and, uh, we were great." In a typically droll Scouse reply, McCartney quipped,'Well I Was!" He also said he didn't think the Beatles would end up as androids..

Music-wise, the remastered albums are available as a stereo or mono (for the true connoisseur) and represent a step towards total availability as downloads.
